7. Limitation of Liability

SongSens.ai and "This is Roman" are not liable for any content viewed, added, or translated by the users.

Our service integrates with Open AI for translations and fetches lyrics from Genius. We may also provide external links to songs on platforms like Spotify. We aren't responsible for content or policies of these third-party sites and platforms.

11. Payment Terms

Users can purchase credits via payment methods facilitated by Stripe, including Credit Card, PayPal, iDeal, and others. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
